  7. Address Book for WinWord.

  9. Store up to 1000 names, addresses and phone numbers.
  10. Search for specific record by name or by company.
  11. Insert the details directly to your document. Only the desired details, and exactly the way you want..
  12. View list by Name or by company. See all companies at the beginning of the list.
  13. Import and Export data.
  14. Create reports. Normal report, and Wide report for mail merge.

  16. The Address Book sorted automatically after every change made. All the changes will be saved at the end of the session.

  18. Included template for creating letter. You can edit the template, and the macro in it (AutoNew) to fit them to your own use. Use it as a sample to create your own templates that take advantage of Address Book.

  23. To install the Address Book open the file ABOOK42.DOC and double click on the INSTALL button in the file. This will copy the macro from the file into your global template, and add it to the end of the TOOLS menu, so it will be available in any WinWord session.
